Jumpu-Manpan is opened from our thoughts of vacant houses problem and letting guests enjoy culture in Otaru. The hostel made from a renovated Japanese house.
Therefore,
①Please care each other so that everyone feel relax and comfortable during your stay.
②Each dormitories and private room DO NOT have toilets and shower rooms. You can use 2 shared bathrooms and 2 shared toilets. We appreciate for your understanding.
③There are lockers in Washitsu/Youshitsu dormitory rooms.
However, there is no key in Washitsu/Youshitsu triple rooms, and double room so please be understanding.
④We set rubbish bin only in common space and on the stairs.

①Booking on the day is available until 6:30 pm.
②Please contact us in advance if you use parking lot.

③Please contact us in advance if you need to put your luggage before check-in (PM3:00) and after check-out (AM10:00~) in hostel.
In any case, we are not able to accept your offer.
④PLEASE contact if you are using late check-in (PM22:00~PM23:00).
Otherwise, without any contact, we cannot accept your stay.
